Rescuing abandoned children with Down Syndrome and other severe disabilities is difficult. It is very expensive and their are many obstacles. But you can help others by supporting them financially and with your prayers. Reece's Rainbow is an adoption grant organization which seeks to find homes for abandoned children with Down syndrome and other disabilities, and raise financial support. We found little Noah on the Reece's Rainbow website and overtime a desire grew to rescue a child.
